Here are some quick tips to help you with getting the Donor Manager set up.  Be sure to check the FAQ for more answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

  • How to Import Names from Outlook Contacts
If you have been keeping your donor names in Outlook using the "Contacts", this tipsheet will help you know the steps to import your Outlook names into the donor manager.

Note:  Outlook 2003 doesn't have an "Export to FoxPro" option, so you'll have to use the "Export to Excel" option.  Here is a tipsheet to use with Outlook 2003.
  • How to import Names from Outlook Express
If you are using Outlook Express's address book for your names, here are some hints to help you make the conversion from OE to the Donor Manager.
  • How to Import Names from an Access Database
If you have been keeping your donor names in Access, this tipsheet will give you the steps to follow to get your data from Access into the Donor Manager.
Note: If you have data in another program (other than Access or Outlook) that can export to Excel format (most programs can do this), you can use these instructions (starting with step 2) to bring that data into the Donor Manager as well.
