When I first created Monthly Giving Reports, the reports opened up in very small windows. I would then maximize the window, but after closing the report and creating a report again, I got the same small window. The problem was solved by opening the report and manually resizing the window to cover the full screen by dragging the bottom right corner of the window. When I closed the report and created a report again after this, the report would open in a maximized window automatically (maximized and not a manually custom sized window made big).
