Manual Gift entry date suggestions

These are very small points, but it would be nice if the first time the program started up all the gift date fields defaulted to the current month, year, and date. Doesn't matter much since it remembers the last date you set it to.
It would also be nice if the Gift month updated automatically when editing or incrementing the date field. (Or are they intentionally independent? I'm not clear why you have both; are the first two fields meant to represent the month of the statement on which the organization reported the gift to me? If so something like "statement month" might be a better label.)
