Advanced Filtering

In DM 5, I could perform an advanced filter to include and exclude built-in and custom flags (say, everyone who gets a newsletter and is ok to email, but is NOT a donor). Is or will there be a way to do this using DM 6 groups?

Download beta 33 (uploaded a week ago) by Live Update and you can see the direction I'm going here.
The basic filtering is working (but won't do, at this point what you want).
But it's getting closer.
Feedback is most welcome, and suggestions like the one below are very helpful to me as I work on the code here.
