Donor Manager Software

I got a new computer and need to move my Donor Manager data to the new computer. I successfully installed Donor Manager on the new computer and proceeded to do a full backup from my backup files from the old computer. For some reason, the Gift Fund Codes and the Gift Motive Codes didn't come over. I haven't yet entered any new data, but I'd like to put in November donations. None of the donations that came over to the new computer have these two codes assigned to them even though I have entered them on every donation I've put in since February 2009... Help?!

If you did a full backup of the data files in c:\donor5\data on computer 1, and copied those over to the appropriate folder on computer 2, then those codes should have certainly been copied over.

Try using a "Pack and Go" file to move the data from the old computer to a new one ... those files usually work just great for things like this.
