Program error: Cannot Create File

At times when using DM I get the following dialog box: "Program error: Cannot
Create File." This happens, for example, when doing a quick backup, although the
backup is successful. It also happens when adding a picture file to a partner's record.
However, in this case the file is not added.
I have plenty of space on the disk, so I'm wondering if this is a permissions issue. I'm
running DM under Vista, from an administrator account. In addition, I've tried "run as
administrator", but I still get the same error. I can manually create files in "C:\Donor5"
and all its subdirectories without problem.
