Print Report in Prospects crashes hard

Hi John,
I'm a new user to DM, and thank you so much for this tool. I'm using v.5.7 on an XP machine.
In Support Development ->Prospects tab there's a button to "Print Report". If I push it, I get a Program Error window that says "Invalid path or file name". The options are Cancel, Ignore, Help. Help does nothing, and Cancel or Ignore closes the program.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I played with DM 6 before installing 5.7 for my critical data. They are both installed, in different directories.
I'm pre-field and currently working in software support to pay the bills. I know how difficult it is to troubleshoot things if someone just says "it's broke"!
