Envelope mail merge not working

When I try to merge to envelopes, I get an OLE Dispatch exception code 0 from Word saying a file could not be found. From a comment later in the message I believe this file is "C:\PROGRAM FILES\DONOR5\envelopedata.xls". If I ignore, the correct Word Mailmerge document (with my return address) comes up, but there is no data. If I cancel, I do not find an "envelopedata.xls" file anywhere on my hard drive. In the export process it says that it is sending 419 records to the merge, and this is the number I get with "Count Names" as well.
