Donor Manager Software

Hi. I would like to export basic partner data (name, address) with Special days included. When I export using the field list 'All Partner Fields', the special days don't seem to be included. When I try to export using the Field List 'All Fields, All Tables', I get the error 'OLE Status Code x80030003: Unknown COM Status Code' multiple times, and no output file is created. Are you aware of a way to accomplish this?
