This question comes after I pulled an unfiltered report, but it didn't include all of the gifts I had received. One gift was omitted. In looking at the partner detail view the "giving history" amount was correct (for our discussion purposed let's say this was $1,000), however the giving details view showed the amount as $50. Note: I have only had one gift from this donor. At the partner screen I deleted the gift of $50. The 'giving history' and the 'giving details' now showed $950. I deleted this gift and then manualy entered a gift of $1,000.
Now the partner info is right and the monthly giving info is right, but if I look under 'gifts' / 'giving analysis' BOTH gifts are included there. I have not gone through to see how many smaller gift may be affected as well. I only noticed it because of this larger one.
It would seem there is more than one database for giving records.
Can anyone shine some light on this. I am using 5.41
