Vanishing email addresses

I have an issue with email addresses vanishing from the list under the E-Mail/Social tab. I used to have email listed together in the email field using semicolons as separators. Recently I entered the emails under the social tab instead. Recently all the emails except for one disappeared from the list. Is there any way to get them back?

Often I marked two emails as being primary if they were for a couple who each wanted my newsletter. Could this have caused the problem? I also had Donor Manager installed in a dropbox folder at the time, attempting to sync the database between two different computers. That led to crashes that forced me to reinstall elsewhere. Could that have corrupted the records?

Hi Michael,

Sorry you are running into problems here.

Here are a few things to try:

First of all, make a backup of your data. A "Pack and Go" file is handy for this.

Next be sure you have the latest version of the program (currently 6.28.xx).

Next, go to E-Mail -> Refresh E-Mail addresses

See if that helps. If it doesn't let me know and we'll dig a bit deeper.
