Donor Manager Software

Hi! I am using DM 6.25.08 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.16299

When I go to Gifts, Manually Enter Donation Information, all the fields are disabled except Gift Amount (Section 4). If I choose a partner first, then go there, I do see the filled in partner info, but I cannot make any changes or entries to any fields (e.g. Gift Month, Amount, Gift Date, or the drop downs for Fund Designation or Motivation Code)

I've not seen this problem before.

First of all, try doing a reindex (on the drop down "Tools" menu). Sometimes that clears up things like this.

Otherwise, make a "Pack and Go" file so I can test with your data.
