Donor Manager Software

Hi, I just installed DM 6.18.12 on a Windows 10 machine. When I tried to start the program after the clean install, I got the following error: File access in denied .

There's nothing to indicate which file is denied. Also, I checked the task manager to make sure there wasn't already another instance of DM running that had a file locked.

Any help would be grreatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear that you have run into problems here.

A few questions:

What folder did you install into. If /program files then that might be the problem.

Try reinstalling into c:\donor6

If that is not the case, then do a reboot and see if the problem continues.

If so, then perhaps we can do a screen sharing session so I can help you sort this out.
