Donor Manager Software

I have been receiving this error (and unable to use this report) for a couple months. When I click ok on the error pop-up, it just closes the DM completely. I have updated to the latest DM and the problem continues. I can't seem to post a screen shot to this post but here is what the error message says:

Sorry you are running into a problem there.

Try this.

Delete the following 2 files: c:\donor5\analyze2.dbf and c:\donor5\analyze2.fpt.

Then see if the report works.

Let me know how it goes.

Finally getting back to working on the information I need the report for.

Tried the suggestion of deleting those files but the same problem happens.
