On the tools/user definables lists screen you have buttons to clear all or to set all. I suggest a button to "Set all filtered". This will allow fintuning a filtered list befotre printing.

Although, I just checked the code. If a filter is in effect, it does indeed respect that filter!

So, I think this feature is already there!

Actually, I should probably add code that offers to remove (or keep) the filter (if one is in effect) ... just in case a filter is in place (and you're not aware of it) when you are "checking / clearing all".
