One thought, it would be nice to have some more complex filtering available for printing reports/address lists. Something that would allow you to include all of the people in one category, while excluding those from another. For example, printing out envelopes for all of our supporters apart from those who go to church x (because we are going to visit church x and will be able to hand deliver and personalise the mailing). It's easy enough to print the labels for church x, but less easy to exclude them when you come to print the rest.
Does that make sense?
