Resize startup DM window

It would be nice to be able to set the Donor Manager window to something other than full screen at startup. I often re-size the window smaller so I can cut and paste donor information from another application to DM.
Another annoyance is that DM returns to full size after a backup, forcing me to resize the window again.
These are minor annoyances compared to the value of the program. I hoped it would be an easy code change otherwise I can live with having to re-size the screen each time I open DM.
While you are at it would it be possible to resize the inner window (larger)?
