Time Zones

I have partners throughout the USA, so I often have to deal with time zone issues, especially when making phone calls. This is good, because I can call California at 11 PM my time and it's only 8 PM there. This allows me to extend my phone calling into night hours when the kids are asleep. However, it can bite back if I try to call California at 9 AM my time.
Can we have a "time zone" field? Maybe somewhere near the phone or address block?
