The Sort Name that is entered on the Partners Information form show up on the Partners form in the column labeled "Last Name". This was a bit confusing to me at first, until I figured it out, but it seems to me that it would be a good thing to make it consistent. The simple thing would be to just re-label that column to "Sort Name" instead of "Last Name".
