Donor Manager Software

When i enter my donors and then click on the box that says "link" in the church field, I am frustrated that my list of churches is completely random. It is not sorted by church name or by zip code. Can i sort this list some how so that when i click on the box that says "link" in the church field i will find this list sorted? Thanks Craig S (WBT)

That list should be sorted in alphabetical order ... which it pulls from the "Sort Name" field in the church's record.

So, double check those "Sort Name" fields in the master record ... see if they are filled out accurately.
