Marking thanked gifts

I just downloaded the newest version of the Donor Program and I like the changes. I did have one question about the thanking marking. Is it possible to mark a single month gift as thanked, not just marking the whole year as thanked? Also, if you mark the whole year as thanked for that donor, is there a way to unmark the months individually?

If you want to mark a single month as thanked, there are 2 ways to do it:

If you are looking at the giving history grid on the the partner details page, just double click the box in the grid that has the contribution. That will toggle the "has been thanked" status.

Sometimes you have to move the cursor off that box to see that the status has been changed (yellow background turned on and off).

If you are in the "giving review" screen, then you can switch the status of the "did I say thanks yet?" flag by clicking the button labelled "thank".
