Donor Manager Software

I was unable to import files (WBT HTML) that had been attachments saved using Google Chrome. It would start the import, then get stuck at 97%, and lock up. The only way to get out of it was to unplug the computer. I did this about 6 times, when I decided to get rid of Chrome (I had to completely uninstall it) and used IE to save all my attachments. Has anyone else experience this problem? Does it happen with FireFox, too?

Once I resaved all the attachments with IE, DM imported the files with no problems.

I got an email saying there was a reply to this post, but it must have been a false alarm.

The original question is over a year old, but I have been using Chrome fore over a year and have never experienced this problem. I save my WBT HTML file with chrome, import them to DM, no issues.

That's great news! Maybe I'll try Chrome again.
