Emailing Giving Statements

I have been trying to email giving statements out for the first 6 months of the year. I have been having trouble with doing a bulk mailing and when I do one the donors email does not show up in the out going email. Has anybody worked much with this and what would be the easiest and quickest solution.

I would like to send the entire lot at once or in batches but that does not look like it will be possible. So if I have to do them one by one it sure would be great if the email address would be automatically filled in. Has anybody worked with this? Thanks for you input.
