I accidentally imported my gifts for the month of May, how do i easily undo it???

Great question.

First of all, the Donor Manager is supposed to be able to handle a double posting automatically.

But sometimes, with some organizations contributions reports it can't.

So, if you accidentally post twice, or for any other reason just want to clear a month's giving information, there is a quick way to do that.

Using the pull down menus at the top of the screen (File / Edit / Reports / Tools), go to Tools -> Clear a Month's Giving Information.

Select the month and year, and you are done!
