Donor Manager Software

Hi, I'm new to this program. I am having trouble sending a bulk email. How do I set this up? I installed Outlook 2010 but I can't seem to make the connection with DM.

The first thing to check here is whether Outlook 2010 is your "default" email program.

When the DM tries to send an email, it just says to Windows, "please start the default email program for me."

So, that's the first step here.

For example, when you click on this link here, what email program opens up? [url]mailto:john@donormanager.com[/url]

If it isn't Outlook, then go to (in Windows 7): /Start /Control Panel /Programs /Microsoft Outlook /Set this program as default

Older version of Windows will have a slightly different approach, but the same concept will apply.
