Donor Manager Software

I'm trying to access Donor manager from a Windows XP computer when I am not the administrator. When logged in as administrator I don't have a problem. When I use my networked login name it will not open Donor manager, it says there may be another copy in use by another user. Why won't this work? I know the administrator login doesn't have it open, but the installation seems to be tied to the administrator. I tried to reinstall, but I can't reinstall unless I'm logged in as administrator.

Wow. This is one area that I know nothing about.

Perhaps one of the other users on the forum with more knowledge about XP permissions and security can help us here?
