HELP! Having trouble getting DM to run on a Mac

I am not much of a computer gal. My PC crashes and I recently purchased a Mac and am trying to use the donor Manager Software! I have not been successful with the download. Is anyone able to take me step by step through the process?

As far as I'm aware, it doesn't work on a Mac unless you have a program that will run Windows on a Mac.
