I know I am probably just missing it. But DM seems to default the file as box to last name, first name for individuals. I would like to change that to first name last name. Is it possible to do this?

At present, no.

DM uses this for alphabetical sorting on reports.

Tell me more, though, about why you would like to change it to a "First Name, Last Name" approach.

Really just personal preference...

That said, when my clearinghouse sends me my report, I manually enter the monthly gifts. On their report, it is first name last name format for individuals...
