This might also be related - sometimes (not consistently) using the Find Partner function brings up someone other than the name I entered. Using the Find field on the left seems to work properly every time.

A generic format would be great. Just something I can enter the data into (probably Excel '03 or '07) and then import it into DM.

Sorry I didn't see your reply. I can't seem to re-create the situation I was experiencing. All I know is that things were really messed up with the Unthanked Gifts Report... I ended up printing all the donors since our last thank you, and then marked all as thanked. I'll try to do better at checking...
