I'll second this request. When we started out we had a bunch of people identified as potential supporters but now a couple of years later they haven't shown interest and it would be great to be able to back up their data and delete them from the primary list.

Yes, this is a good book. Helps you refocus on the fact that financial supporters aren't just a source of funds but are actual people with their own needs and struggles. Remember that and look for ways to invest in their lives. Well worth picking up if you can.
