Re: Report: List of Gifts Not Yet Thanked - problem

John - This is what I have been experiencing - I click the 'Thank' button next to a gift in the Gifts>Giving Review table, and a check appears in the 'Thanked' column. A 'Thank' entry shows up in the Details>Touches table, and the colored box is removed from the corresponding month in the Details>Gi...

Re: Error Message - Date of Last Touch / Contact Report

I didn't find any cells that contained abnormal looking data in the gift table. I did take a look at the 'giftdetail' file, since I had a couple of unexplained 'unknown' gifts in September 08 and December 08. When I browsed the table, I found two records that had a date, an amount and a thanked flag...

'Pack and Go' Woes

I use 'Pack and Go' to keep our home server and my laptop sync'd. When I 'Bring in data from an existing pack and go file', it restores both the data and photo files, but when DM goes to restart, I'll get an error... something like 'Error instantiating cursor object. Cannot find c:\donor5\filtdet.db...

Re: Printed Report Data Being Cut Off

Is there a way to increase the space between the 'Support' and 'Donor' columns? The numbers in the two columns seem to blur together.

Re: Printed Report Data Being Cut Off

Reports seem to print correctly now... No more cut off data! Yes, I get an 'operator/operand type mismatch' error when I run the 'Late Donors with Trailing 12 Month Giving Analysis' report. Line number 101 in the analyze2 module. If I ignore/continue, it seems to print the same report as the 'Traili...

Re: Error Message - Date of Last Touch / Contact Report

Currently, I'm running DM 5.55.0 under Windows XP SP3.

I still get the 'Numeric Overflow' error... But if I ignore it and continue the report seems to generate correctly.

Error Message - Date of Last Touch / Contact Report

When I run the 'Date of Last Touch / Contact' report, an error window pops up containing the following information:

Error Message: numeric overflow. data was lost.
Line Number: 42
Line with error:
Module: genlasttouch

If I 'Ignore the error and continue', it seems to generate the report.

Printed Report Data Being Cut Off

When I preview or print the following reports, the data in the last column is being cut off: - Quick Reference List - Alphabetical - Cuts off last digit of 'Donor' number. - Quick Reference List - Geographical - Cuts off last digit of 'Donor' number. - Trailing 12 Month Giving Analysis - Cuts off la...

Basic Filters Problem

I noticed that when I selected the 'Has given in the last 3 months' filter, I actually got a report filtered with the 'Has never given' filter... which isn't listed in the drop down list. Selecting '6 months' runs the '3 months' filter, and selecting '9 months' runs the '6 months' filter.

WBT HTML Statement Import

I first noticed this problem back in April (on my March statement) when a two-lined entry showed up under the 'Comments' column. I have been manually editing a copy of my statement to append the second line of text onto the first line, and then deleting the HTML code generating the second line. This...
