Which version did you have before? Depending on the version, it makes you do the matching one more time, but should remember it again the NEXT time. Was running 5.58.1. Have recently installed 5.6. I have not imported using 5.6 and won't for another 10 days.

I don't believe there have been any changes or recent updates or upgrades in our KMAI program but I'll ask and let you know.

I'll try to specifically determine this but I have five different IS partners who've reported this. All have been advised to update the latest version and are still reporting irregularities.

This continues to be a problem in the following month even AFTER a new link is made to the donor file. It appears that the DM program is not reading the ID number and is actually dropping the last digits in the assigned ID number.

The incorporation of a calendar and a tie into the computer clock would
allow for the setting on pop up type reminders related to the Special Days and Touches.

Any solutions on this?
Can new import data from existing donors be trusted to import properly?
This is a problem of a huge magnitude if new imports are going to be in new duplicated donor files!!

Can KMAi demographic data that does not have a gift associated with it be imported in the manner as the data that comes in with a gift?
