When using for creating e-mail lists, I'd like to, potenially, select PEO Phase participant and higher, for example. The drop-down list gives the idea that I can only select one of the PEO phases.

I'd like to be able to edit fields in bulk for some/all the records of my donor database. For instance, I'm not making good use of the "Active" tick-box, and would like to re-purpose it and clear all the default check-marks. I do not see how to do this except manually, one by one. Help?
