John, I gave up for a while, but I am still stuck on installing Donor Manager. Things go just as described until step 12, when the "Select StartFile" menu pops up. The only options I get are to open it as a Wine app or something having to do with internet explorer. I have uninstalled and retried it ...

John, I am having the same problem. I have downloaded DM and installed it with Wine Bottler and everything looks fine, but it won't open. I've gone back and repeated the process several times to no avail. Any suggestions?
