I do my gift entry on the manual entry screen. When I enter the gift (437.40), it automatically truncates it to $437. When I run the monthly giving report, It is truncated to 437, as is the giving statement with trailing 12 month giving analysis. That said, the cents are showing in the unthanked gif...

Sometimes I receive gifts that are not even dollar amounts. However, when I enter the gift into Donor Manager, It automatically rounds the gift to the nearest dollar. How can I change this?

Is there a way to apply a thanked status to multiple gifts at a time?

How do I record a touch for a group of people? I just pulled a merge report to send our prayer letter. I would like to record a touch for everyone on that list so record that I mailed a letter to them. How can I do this?

Any new thoughts on this? I will be pulling addresses for my next prayer letter within the next week or so...

by manipulate, I am not changing the data. I just add a column in excel and look over the past 12 months. Then I decide if I can expect support from that church this coming month. If so, I add the expected amount to the column I added in excel. Then I can just total the column I added.

Is there any way to import this report into excel? I like to pull a 12 month report at the end of each month and then manipulate the data in excel. I can usually come pretty close to what we should expect for the next months giving.

Really just personal preference...

I know I am probably just missing it. But DM seems to default the file as box to last name, first name for individuals. I would like to change that to first name last name. Is it possible to do this?

Notice the box in the lower right corner. If there is support received the total would be there instead of the word prayers. If no support, then the word prayers is there.
