I would LOVE a search feature, other than just last name. I often need to know WHO belongs to a certain e-mail address, or find the correct full address when I don't know the name, or remember someone's first name, or cchild's name, but not their last name, and can't search for it.

How to download donor giving for WBT?
Our latest e-mail from HQ said, "If you run Live Update, you will be able to import the donor information from your May and June member statements." I've run Live Update, and nothing happens. I can't find in the User's Guide how to download the info from the html format that we're receiving our info...

Problem printing addresses on Avery 5160 labels
The addresses begin to print too high & get progressively higher till the name at the bottom is entirely cut off (prints on the bottom of the first label.
Can I fix this? How?
