Donor Manager Software

I installed DM it seemed installed properly but then when I used Pack and Go to iload records from a tza file created by another DM user I can no longer access DM. I get a window with "file access is denied". Clicking help doesn't do anything and clicking ignore closes the window. I'm running on Vis...
