Donor Manager Software

I have been trying to email giving statements out for the first 6 months of the year. I have been having trouble with doing a bulk mailing and when I do one the donors email does not show up in the out going email. Has anybody worked much with this and what would be the easiest and quickest solution...

Is there a way I can adjust the picture frame in DM partners detail window? I have some photos that are a small thumb nail and the pictures are blurry.
