Every time I sent out my newsletter, some email addresses bounce back as invalid. If I have the email address of the donor, how to I find the entry? I know there is a way. Thanks

I really like the clipping feature. But i would prefer the 'Clip' to clip all the information in the record rather than just some of the information because it is easier to delete unwanted information that it is to re-type the missing information. When one selects "Define Custom Filters", then "Add" to add the church name, then the user can select state and cities but the user could overlook or forget certain cities and there may be people from the same city that attend different churches. So it would be really helpful if the church-name-link...

Dear Friends,
I have been able to use the filter feature of Donor Manager. But it would be REALLY helpful to me if i could have a filter for every single church. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks Craig

When i click on "giving analysis" and then "advanced filter" and then "donors" and then "trailing 12 months giving analysis", I am able to get the report that i want BUT the last 2 or 3 digits of the right-most column (totals) seem to be cut off.
