I would like to be able to update my contacts in one place, i.e. Outlook, and not have to remember to update them in Donor Manager, too. I've gotten good reviews abouts www.chalkline.org. You send them the file and they do the rest. They'll even put extra inserts, like reply envelopes, in the mailing if you send them a supply. It's what we are going to try!

Changing the length of the field worked great! Will that need to be done if there is an update to DM?

If anybody else uses this method, then they will want to go back into Auto Backup Options and re-set the PartnerNames otherwise it will remain truncated.
