Donor Manager Software

After sending out a bulk email letter, all of those who are financial supporters that were in our database, simply had their emails disappear! Anyone else have this happen? I'm wondering if maybe it had something to do with importing gifts?

Anybody else have something similar? Is there a way to save my data, uninstall DM and reinstall it? It seems that if the data is corrupted, there's not much I can do about it, huh?
