The Donor Management Program for Missionaries is a Windows based program designed to help missionaries keep track of information about their ministry partners.  It is designed specially for missionaries who raise their own financial support.  The program is made available free to those in the missionary community. 

The purpose of the program is to give you information management tools to help you strengthen your relationships with your ministry partners.

The newest version of the Donor Manager, version 5.41 was released on May 19, 2008.   Download 5.41. Built around a mailing list / contact list, the program will help the missionary keep track of: Names and Addresses of individual partners and churches A history of donations  Important dates in the partner's lives (birthdays, anniversaries) A history of contacts and personal touches with the ministry partner Notes about the partner, their family, occupation, etc. Profile information about the donor / partner Assists with mailing by printing mailing labels, envelopes, and merges to most popular software Prints various reports about ministry partners, contributions, etc. more ...   The current version of the Donor Manager is 5.41. What's New in 5.41?   Download 5.41 A 92 page user's guide has been posted for version 5.23. Follow this link to get information about the user's guide.   Note: the updated user's guide for version 5.38 has not yet been completed.  If you are registered, you will receive an email notice when the new user's guide is ready. Do you need help importing data from another program into the Donor Manager.  Check the "How Do I?" tipsheets for step by step instructions on importing from Outlook and Access.
